The Dentist
Dr. Fletcher is known by his staff for his great sense of humour, honesty and approachability. He holds degrees from the University of British Columbia in Microbiology and Dentistry; and has been practicing since 1989. A large portion of his professional life has been spent on continuing his dental education. Jack has also studied specialty programs ranging from reconstructive dentistry to functional orthodontics; TMD and facial pain; sleep apnea and snoring; and childhood facial dental development.
Our Reception and Accounts Receivable Manager
Melanie has been welcoming patients and managing the financial and logistics side of the office since 2002. She adores what she does and treats everyone like family so you are guaranteed to receive a warm welcome at every visit. Melanie is very professional, has a big heart and enjoys the comedic side of life; all of which she brings to work with her every day.
The Hygenists
Fiona graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors in Biochemistry and the Dental Hygiene program at Vancouver Community College. She has been practicing since 1991 and has worked for Dr. Fletcher since 2000. Fiona has an amazing chair-side manor and provides all her patients with thorough and loving dental hygiene care.
Angie has been a practicing Dental Hygienist since 1991. She obtained her Bachelors in Science from the University of British Columbia and completed her Dental Hygiene Diploma at Vancouver Community College. Angie takes great pride in everything that she does and, with her great sense of humour (and love of dogs), connects with her patients to make them feel comfortable and relaxed.
Joyce is a Registered Dental Hygienist and enjoys people. She believes the best prevention is educating clients on oral and overall health. Joyce enjoys her children, sewing and gardening and has a wonderful and kind spirit.
Our Certified Dental Assistant
Leslie originally from Vancouver Island, has mainly worked in the Tri Cities, Vancouver & Burnaby and has many years of experience in all aspects of dentistry. Leslie is an avid runner and a talented photographer so you may run into her (pun intended) on the streets / trails of the Tri Cities with camera in hand. Having her fine eye for detail is a huge advantage to the practice and we’re very fortunate to have her on our team.
